Amity, Narangba

Planning, approvals, titling

Client: Pointcorp and Dahua Group

Type: Masterplanned community

Amity is a master planned residential estate in southeast Queensland, with over 450 residential lots delivered across 10 stages. DTS Queensland supported Pointcorp and Dahua Group with the planning and approval strategy including multiple pre-lodgement workshops and meetings on key structure areas, securing development approval withinin 18 months.

The Patterson by Mosaic, Toowong

Client: Mosaic Property Group

Type: Multi-residential development

The Patterson by Mosaic is a 16-level riverside residential development at Toowong, comprising 62, 2- and 3- bedroom apartments and sub-penthouses. DTS Queensland supported Mosaic from project inception to approvals, completing due diligence, planning, and negotiation of approvals for several change applications. Completed in early 2023, the result is a striking and sophisticated design on the Brisbane River’s edge.

Dawn by Mosaic, Mermaid Beach

Client: Mosaic Property Group

Type: Multi-residential development

Dawn by Mosaic is a 30-level residential tower comprising 86, 2- and 3-bedroom ultra-luxury beachside residences at Mermaid Beach. The development was completed in late 2023. DTS Queensland worked closely with Mosaic to deliver expert planning and negotiations for several change approvals to the existing Development Approval, including three additional residential levels. This enabled superior architectural and development outcomes that addressed market conditions, site features, and locational characteristics.

Arbourwood

Client: CFMG Residential Communities

Type: Master planned community

Arbourwood is a greenfield masterplanned community north of Brisbane, within the Morayfield South growth area. The project is delivering 227 residential lots, 4ha of open spaces, and significant new and upgraded road and park infrastructure. DTS Queensland led an extensive planning and engagement process including transition of the land for urban residential development, as well as successful negotiation of an Infrastructure Agreement.

Crestmead Logistics Estate

Type: Industrial Development

Queensland’s largest industrial project, Crestmead Logistics Estate is a $1.5 billion project in Brisbane’s south. Developed over nine stages, the 157-hectare project is creating around 6,000 jobs. The site was amalgamated over a 5-year period by Pointcorp, who appointed DTS Queensland to deliver strategic planning, approvals, titling and surveying services for the site.
